Were the correspondences with your guides/instructors previous to the course difficult? Please explain below: -Corresponding with the instructors previous to the course was really easy. We communicated by email, and they were quick to respond.

What aspects of the course were particularly difficult? How could your guide/ instructor have remedied this? Please explain: -Unfortunately, the weather was much colder than I had anticipated, but the instructors had extra clothing for me, so this wasn't a problem. Also, the course offered a lot of information all at once, which was hard to remember, but the instructors were happy to repeat things and answer any questions that I had.

What parts of the course were particularly rewarding? Please explain: -I was really happy that I got to climb what, for me, was a particularly difficult rock face. I was worried that the course might not be as exciting as I had hoped, but it was definitely thrilling.

At anytime did you feel uncomfortable or unsafe with the course? Please explain: -I felt extremely safe with the instructors. They were really supportive and worked hard to make me feel comfortable when I felt nervous.

Were you confident with your guides/instructors? Did they satisfy your expectations? Please explain: -I was extremely satisfied with my instructors. I could tell they were very experienced climbers and really knew what they were talking about. I was nervous to climb, but they made me feel very safe and comfortable, or at least as comfortable as you can feel climbing for the first time. They were very clear when explaining techniques and were happy to answer any questions that I had.

Did you feel the course was well organized? Were there any aspects of the course that you felt needed improving? Please explain: -The course was very well organized. They picked a location that was easy for me to get to, and they had all of the equipment.

Did you learn and do all that you expected? Were there any parts you felt were missing from the course? Please explain: -I learned and did more than I had expected. I was totally happy with the experience.
